What can I do along the Lazise – Bardolino – Garda cycle/pedestrian path?
In addition to visiting the suggestive historic centers of the 4 villages it crosses, also dotted with beautiful shops for shopping, there are many bars and “pieux dans l’eau” kiosks, restaurants, equipped beaches (along the route we point out Il Cisanino Bar & Grill – Via Peschiera 2/b Cisano di Bardolino – tel. 333.852.8982 and the Cavalla Beach Bar – Lungolago Europa in Garda) and free. In some places you can see enchanting reeds (typical of the southern part of Garda), as well as a rich lake fauna, such as ducks, mallards, coots, gulls, swans.
When is it better to go to the Lazise – Bardolino – Garda cycle/pedestrian path?
This route is quite busy during the summer months and weekends. If you want to cycle along it during the high season, we recommend avoiding peak times and taking advantage of the early morning and evening hours around sunset, to avoid going on like the Flintstones with your feet on the ground so as not to miss the equilibrium.
It is beautiful in all periods of the year and even in winter it offers views of unique colors for lovers of photography and tranquility. The sunset time, which sets the water and the horizon on fire, is certainly the most exciting and introspective.
Ps: if you want to discover other beautiful cycle and pedestrian paths around the Garda shores we recommend the Brenzone-Navene and Limone sul Garda.
See you next time dear Outdoors!
